Woman allegedly stabbed on Melbourne train, witness recalls frightening attack

A woman was reportedly stabbed in the face in a shocking attack on a Victorian train.

The incident reportedly occurred on a V/Line train heading towards Sunshine Station at around 11:40am on Monday.
