Thailand's Constitutional Court is expected to decide the fate of Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin. The ruling could lead to his dismissal after less than a year in office and plunge the country into even greater political uncertainty.
Srettha, a real estate magnate with no political background, was the subject of a complaint filed by former senators appointed by the previous military government, who said he violated the constitution by giving a cabinet post to a former lawyer who was once in prison.
