Monadelphous pleads guilty to charge of fatal workplace killing in Kalgoorlie-Boulder

An engineering company has announced it will plead guilty in connection with the death of an employee in a Kalgoorlie-Boulder workshop four years ago. Monadelphous Engineering Associates Proprietary Limited was sued for failing to create and maintain a work environment free from hazards for employees following the death of Haydyn Grubb.
