A Kronkup man who tried to conceal and sell a stolen loader worth $165,000 has avoided prison. Benjamin Ryan McRae, 43, appeared in Albany District Court on Thursday and was charged with possession of stolen property.

An Albany man whose home exploded in January was sentenced to six years in prison for possession and sale of more than $32,000 worth of methamphetamine. Jason Edward Olivieri, 47, was convicted July 22 in Albany District Court of seven counts related to possession, sale and delivery of methamphetamine and possession of unlawfully obtained property.
