With the opening of the CORE Innovation Hub's Rail Collaboration Centre (RCC) in Karratha on Friday, a new chapter of technological innovation began in the Pilbara region. Funded by Rio Tinto and the government's Local Manufacturing Investment Fund (LMIF), the centre aims to facilitate the development of new vehicles, infrastructure and technological advances.
