Claremont winger Will Hayes impressed in the 2km time trial to finish third in a strong start at the AFL Draft Combine in Melbourne. Hayes recorded a time of 6 minutes. 18s alongside South Australian defender Angus Clarke, with Sydney Academy youngster Joel Cochran clocking a good time of 6:05 at Collingwood's AIA Centre.
