Long-range missiles to be built in new weapons factory
As part of the partnership, a local weapons factory will produce long-range missiles capable of destroying enemy ships. According to the government, this will improve naval defense.

Major fire in Dandenong South destroys factory building
A fire in the early hours of this morning destroyed a factory in southeast Melbourne. Police were called to the building, a carpentry workshop on Hammond Road in Dandenong South, at about 1.45am after explosions were heard and a passing motorist noticed the flames.
