Lynas Rare Earths significantly increases mineral resource estimate at Mt Weld

Lynas Rare Earths says its significantly increased ore reserves will support at least a 20-year mine life at its targeted increased production rate at Mount Weld near Laverton. Lynas released the new reserve and mineral resource estimate, last updated in 2018, during the Diggers & Dealers Mining Forum in Kalgoorlie-Boulder last week.

Rest Super and Aware Super remains silent on Liontown Resources and Lynas Rare Earths short sales

Two of the country's largest pension funds appear to be betting against the success of two major minerals producing companies whose major shareholder is Gina Rinehart. The West Australian has learned that Rest Super and Aware Super have loaned their interests to Lynas Rare Earths and Liontown Resources.
