The Perth rugby community is mourning the loss of a respected player who died in a horror accident at the weekend. His death has “left the biggest hole in many people's hearts,” the statement said.
Joseph Simpkins, 28, was driving a car when it crashed into a barrier on the Tonkin Highway, south of Dunreath Drive, near Perth Airport at around 1:45 a.m. on Sunday.
