Bored during the school holidays, 17-year-old Steven Gadia wanted to put his free time to good use when he decided to rally his friends for Oceans to Outback, a fundraiser for the Royal Flying Doctor Service.
Throughout October, Steven, Ivan Macalisang, Jojo Almonte and their maths teacher Thosehanthan Vazavan are running around Karratha two days a week and blogging about their runs around the city so that the Royal Flying Doctor Service can travel further, respond faster and provide vital healthcare.
