Former Test captain Tim Paine returns to a major role in Australian cricket after winning the battle to succeed Jason Gillespie as coach of the Adelaide Strikers.
This comes almost three years after he was forced to resign from his role as captain ahead of the 2021 Ashes following revelations of inappropriate behaviour.
