A jury has been asked to reject a woman's account of fatally stabbing her partner during a meth argument as “surreal fantasyland” and “utterly absurd nonsense.”
Claudia Maria Federico has been on trial in the Washington Supreme Court since last week. She is charged with the involuntary manslaughter of Joseph Nicoli, who died five days after his femoral artery was slashed by the 19cm blade in March last year.
