Four weeks after a debate on the issue left the chamber confused, Capel Shire councillors have reached consensus on policy changes to event attendance rules.
It didn't take long for councillors to make up their minds at the end of July meeting after debate resumed on changes proposed by Councillor Christine Terrantroy.
