West Coast AFLW coach Daisy Pearce has promised her team will be determined to compete and urged players not to be distracted by past results.
Pearce enters her first season at the helm of the team after being appointed late last year in one of the biggest coups in Eagles history, with the club hoping to turn things around after four dismal years in the competition.
